Have you heard the news?
Rotary Hoedspruit has introduced an exciting K2C Cycle Tour route for 2024 in three reserves open to, and adjoining, the Kruger National Park. This will be the only day of the year when 100 very privileged cyclists will be able to traverse the general wilderness of three of the most exclusive reserves in the Lowveld.
Safely guiding your peloton through big five country will be your two lead guides and you are guaranteed at least one big adrenaline surge during the day as your guides take you past a herd of elephants with little ones whose uncontrollable wiggling trunks will bring laughter or through some “dagga boys” – buffalo are considered one of the most dangerous animals in the bush.
Your entry fee is R7000 per cyclist.
Find out what is included in this fee and what is not included.
Experience the spirit and excitement of one of South Africa’s most scenic and interesting cycling events through three Big 5 Game Reserves in the Lowveld.
The event takes place from the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve’s headquarters. Travellers have two main ways of getting here either by car or air.
We support the anti-poaching projects of the Big Five Reserves providing access for the 2023 Cycle Tour.
We support local community social upliftment or nature conservation programs managed by Rotary Hoedspruit.
Retained by Hoedspruit Rotary and used to fund the operating costs of the other smaller scale community projects it is involved with.
The K2C Cycle Tour is even more fun when you ride with your friends, family and colleagues.
So why not select a cool name and put together your own group, half a peloton (10 riders) or a full peloton (20 riders) to ensure that you can all participate in this year’s exciting tour together.
You can even book your accommodation together, guaranteeing you all stay as close together as possible for even more fun.
